Snack size burger good though, but very very small.

Just so easy. You walk in, you order the amount of burgers you want and you're served within minutes. The place is super clean, albeit old. But it seems to be a treasure of Brookings. And I could taste why.

Small but good burgers interesting quick service with open kitchen design so no wondering or thinking food prepared poorly when it's all done right in front ya. Process prices and servers plus the burger challenge make it a local stop worth making if near it

Great burgers. Very limited menu. Why no fies? How can you sell burgers without fries? But it has worked for many many years. Burger patty is lucky if it is 1/8 lb. Toppings are scarcely applied, fried in lard....but they are great! Very cool old -timey vibe to the place. They also have malts and shakes.

It's a locals place, which is great, but it's sort of quiet and feels sorta strange eating there. I guess that's how the locals prefer it??Burgers are very tasty. Splurge the 40 cents to add cheese, it's very tasty.We just moved here and had to check it out, maybe we'll go back when we have some friends so we fit in, better.

Staff generally friendly and upbeat. Streamline and efficient menu is time tested and always tastes amazing. I enjoy watching them prepare my food! Its always a treat

I love visiting Nicks. They have a nice outdoor seating area in the summer with bean bags. This is a Brookings staple, I highly recommend.

Fantastic little burger joint for over 90yrs. Very friendly. Get a tee-shirt too.

Workers are nice and very quick. They have conversations with you if you want. Nicks is very clean. And it has an old style setting to it. Worth the money. Kinda cheap a bit pricy. But their burgers are to die for.
